Special characteristics

MEWA UG1008 granulator is used for grinding pre-shredded tires or production of RDF(refuse derived fuels) as output 2,0-4,5 to/h depending on material processing.

One-shaft cutting system. Electric drive with V-belt flywheel with integrated overload friction safety clutch. Rotor and cutting tools made of high tensile heat treatable special steel, wear resistant. Cutting tools easy to change. Hydraulic unit for hopper lift and granulating screen exchange. Control system for the machine by electrical control cabinet with operating elements. Input hopper with hydraulic pusher HNDE.

Capacity: 2500 – 3500 kg/h for <40 mm fraction.
